Our functional training area features battle ropes, BOSU balls, jump ropes, kettlebells, medicine balls, plyometric boxes, resistance bands, TRX, slam balls, and a multi-functional rack.
We also offer fitness assessments, personal training, small group training, specialised corporate programmes, and bootcamps.
