Albury Wodonga Equestrian Centre

Welcome to the Albury Wodonga Equestrian Centre (AWEC), a non-profit sporting organisation located in Albury, New South Wales. Established in 1996, AWEC is home to several affiliated equestrian clubs and boasts over 200 individual members.

AWEC is the go-to destination for a variety of equestrian disciplines and activities. Our affiliated clubs regularly utilise our top-notch facilities, which include areas for horse trials, dressage, Adult Riding, Pony Clubs, polocrosse, and show jumping. In addition, pleasure riders frequently take advantage of our beautiful grounds. Currently, we have approximately 30 horses agisted at AWEC.

The Albury Wodonga Equestrian Association (AWEA) is dedicated to promoting AWEC's growth and ensuring its long-term sustainability. Our goal is to provide facilities that cater to the needs of the equestrian community in the region. We also strive to host major equine and non-equine events that attract both participants and spectators.

In 2022, AWEC has many exciting events lined up. The Albury Wodonga International Horse Trials will take place on May 21st-22nd, while the EasyShed TTT Horse Trials will be held on May 28th-29th. These events are not to be missed by equestrian enthusiasts!

For those planning a visit to AWEC, make sure to check our events calendar and note that the Cross Country Course is currently open. Pre-booking is essential for XC Training sessions, and you can easily secure your spot by using the provided link on our website.

If you require stabling for your horse, please note that we do not supply bedding. You will need to bring your own shavings (no straw). Fortunately, there are multiple options for sourcing shavings locally, and some suppliers even offer delivery to your stable door. Consider Parkside Produce Albury, PETstock, Snaffles, and Saddleworld as potential sources.
