Gymnastics for all is a sport for everybody, regardless of gender or ability. It is the perfect activity to prepare children for long-term participation in sport and develops vital life skills. Our Gymnastics Programme is run by qualified and trained staff in a professional and fun environment. Children can participate in gymnastics at the YMCA Adelaide Hills Recreation Centre from the age of 4 years.
