Active Pilates & Sports Therapy

We are located in the heart of Mona Vale on Sydney's Northern Beaches. Our Boutique Studio offers small group Reformer Pilates classes of up to 9 Clients per class. We also offer Private One on One and Semi-Private Classes which are programmed specifically for your individual needs.

Our classes offer you a complete  comprehensive health experience, combining Strength, Stretch, Agility & Cardio on the Reformer beds. It's Pilates as you know it, but it's also so much more! You will get a  full body workout  that you can taper to suit your individual needs. The Reformer Beds work on resistance springs, so this allows you  to really modify all the Pilates exercises to suit your individual needs.

Everybody is welcome at our Studio! We have many classes to choose from, so there is something for everyone. Whether you are a beginner to an elite athlete or somewhere in between – our highly skilled and experienced Team will be happy to assist you in finding the right Reformer Pilates Class for you.
