We offer authentic boxing training including non-contact classes, partner work classes involving defence work, personal or small group training, sports team sessions, and training to compete. You will throw punches into a boxing bag and work with equipment like kick pads, medicine balls, skipping ropes, kettlebells, power bags, battle ropes, and more.
You will spend time throwing punches into a boxing bag with instruction on which punches to throw and correct technique. You’ll also use training equipment and do interval and sprint style high intensity methods, with options to tone it down for beginners.
