In our club we mainly try to have fun while learning how to defend ourselves. Taekwondo is mainly taught to the younger students with the more mature among us learning Hapkido. Self-defence is also offered. The ages range from 5yrs to over 50yrs so dont let age hold you back.
Training is suitable for both males and females with our club having a larger than average number of female students and a wide age group. The chief instructor holds multiple black belt in both Taekwondo and Hapkido, with over 30 years experience in the martial arts industry. Our club recognises other training styles and welcomes any who are interested to train with us.
