While AFL Mackay may be a small organisation compared to other sports across the region, it is dedicated to providing the best leadership, engagement and support for all its clubs and individual members. 

AFL Mackay goes out of its way everyday to encompass AFL's purpose  which is to 'Progress the game so everyone can share in this heritage and possibilities' and stay true to its values of; Play as a Team, Play with Passion, Play fair and Play to Win.
