What we do...

• we have regular gradings, every three months which are accredited and recognised internationally by the headquarters in Japan.

• we participate in non-contact, kata and full-contact tournaments on a state, national and international level.

• we encourage participation in tournaments, to teach the student how to control their nerves and gain confidence.
