We specialize in kickboxing circuit training, providing a full-body workout in just 30 minutes. Our workouts change daily to keep things exciting and challenging for our members.
We pride ourselves on our member experience, offering three levels of training. Our Trainer-Led circuit hours allow members to work with Champion Trainers who guide and motivate them through each workout. For a more personalized experience, members can book one-on-one sessions with our 9Round Certified Trainers. We also offer virtual workouts through our on-demand fitness app, 9RoundNOW, for those who prefer to exercise at home.
