They understand that life can sometimes get in the way, which is why they offer a seven-day cooling off period for new members. During this time, you can cancel your membership and receive a full refund. After the cooling off period, if you wish to cancel your membership, a 28-day written notice to the specific 98 gym location you train at is required.

It's important to note that a fee may be applicable for cancelling a gym membership, particularly if there is a minimum term involved. An early termination fee of 50% of the remaining amount of your term may be required.

In addition to cancellation options, 98 Gym also allows for temporary membership suspensions. You can suspend your membership for a minimum of one week and a maximum of four weeks, up to two times per year. A written notice of at least two weeks must be provided to the 98 gym location you train at. Longer suspensions may be considered for travel, medical, or hardship reasons, provided supporting documents are provided upon request.

To ensure fairness and accommodate everyone, 98 Gym has implemented late cancel and no-show reservation policies. If you have made a reservation for a class but cannot attend, you are encouraged to cancel your reservation via the 98 Gym App or Mindbody online. Reservations should be cancelled up to two hours before the class starts to allow others to take your spot. Failure to cancel a reservation or not showing up may result in a $10.

00 “no show/late cancellation” fee. However, legitimate emergencies within the two-hour window can be communicated to the 98 Gym location directly, and the fee may be waived at the manager's discretion.

Maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment is of utmost importance at 98 Gym, and they have a set of Gym Rules in place to ensure this. Members and users of the gym are expected to adhere to these rules, which includes respecting the health and safety of others and complying with any Occupational Health and Safety requirements. Breaching the Gym Rules may result in termination of membership and further action, if necessary.

Operating hours may vary depending on the 98 Gym location, but each location is required to run a minimum of four classes per day. The management has the discretion to adjust these hours to best serve their members.
