New students are accepted in Romford every month, starting on the first Monday. 90 Days to Change provides all the necessary equipment, so all you need is the desire to become a warrior.
This program is suitable for both men and women of all ages and body types. Students will train twice a week and follow a proven eating plan to maximise their results. The cost is £8 per session, and if you enrol with a partner, it's only £5 per person.
Training sessions take place on Monday and Wednesday evenings, from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm. The sessions include a combination of cardio, weights, and boxing, all aimed at getting you fit enough to step into the ring. Additionally, 90 Days to Change offers optional 1-2-1 sessions and provides students with a fully personalised nutrition plan.
