Braden, the organizer at 4D Fitness Sport and Rehab, wanted to pass along an update to everyone involved in the sports community.

4D Fitness Sport and Rehab, situated in Surrey, brings a unique approach to movement, exercise, and rehabilitation. Braden and his team base their methods on the four dimensions of movement through the body's three planes – frontal, transverse, and sagittal – with the fourth dimension considering the body as a whole during training.

Braden is not just any fitness enthusiast; he's a registered massage therapist dedicated to healing and understanding the root causes of pain and inflammation. He's currently upgrading his skills to include nutrition coaching, making him a comprehensive resource as a personal trainer, RMT, and nutrition coach. Outside of his professional life, Braden is a big sports fan and loves discovering new craft beers.

At 4D Fitness Sport and Rehab, the team focuses on calming and rejuvenating the body during recovery. This is symbolized by the calming colour blue. Promoting an outdoor-friendly environment and fostering inner health is represented by green, which also aids concentration. Yellow encourages stepping out of one's comfort zone and trying new things, while red stands for the hard work and dedication seen in athlete training groups.

Due to COVID-19, the gym is currently closed, but Braden and the team are working on new offerings, including online platforms, content, workouts, and nutrition coaching. They’ll be reopening soon, so keep an eye out for updates.
