4 Corner Combat & Fitness Gym, led by James, offers top-notch facilities including professional boxing rings, a 26-foot MMA cage, and an extensive 170-foot x 50-foot mat area. You'll find all the essential training equipment like heavy bags, speed bags, and double-end bags to ensure a comprehensive workout.
We provide a variety of classes suitable for all ages and skill levels. These include ABC Boxing for adults, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), MMA striking, and boxing and conditioning. For the younger crowd, we offer kids' boxing, kids' Muay Thai, kids' wrestling, and kids' MMA classes. Additionally, there are specialised classes such as girls-only boxing and fit kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
