Welcome to 4SEAsons Swim, a sports club located in Sydney that specialises in ocean swimming. We are dedicated to providing an enjoyable and supportive environment for swimmers of all abilities. Our main location is the iconic Bondi Beach, where we swim every Friday and Saturday morning. In the summer, we also explore other stunning beaches in the area and actively participate in local ocean swim races.
One of the unique aspects of 4SEAsons Swim is our commitment to swimming in all seasons, including winter. Many swimmers actually prefer winter swimming due to the absence of crowds, crystal clear water, and the rewarding experience it offers. We believe that the ocean should be enjoyed in all conditions and strive to make ocean swimming a part of our members' lives throughout the year.
To cater to swimmers of different skill levels, we have three distinct ocean swim groups. The Evolution Group is ideal for individuals who are transitioning from pool swimming, returning to the ocean after a break, or prefer a supported 1 km swim. The Classic Group is suitable for experienced ocean swimmers who feel comfortable swimming for 2 km and want to enhance their skills and fitness in a supportive group setting. Finally, the Endurance Group is designed for seasoned swimmers who wish to build endurance and can maintain a pace of no slower than 18 minutes per 1 km.

Our community is composed of like-minded individuals who share a passion for ocean swimming. We take pride in our inclusive and welcoming atmosphere that embraces swimmers of all skill levels.
Throughout the year, we offer various activities and events to enrich the ocean swimming experience. In winter, we embark on challenging yet rewarding swims and enjoy the serene beauty of the ocean. In spring, we organise a 3-night getaway called Spring Camp, where swimmers can bond with each other and indulge in their love for ocean swimming. During summer, we actively participate in numerous ocean swim events held in Sydney's beautiful metro area, and our tent can be found on the beach.
In autumn, we take a moment to relax after the ocean swim race season concludes and prepare for the upcoming winter swimming.
