What is a training session like?

We start with a bike warm up, then your coach runs through the session before you alternate 1 min of floor exercises with 1 min active recoveries on your air bike, finishing with our famous Mad Minute.

When should I arrive?

For first timers, please arrive 15 minutes early so we can meet you, show you around, and get you set for your best 42 minutes. If you're joining our 6 WEEK CYCLES, you'll also need to arrive early for your Body Composition Scan.

What if I can't make a class?

Simply cancel via our app at least an hour before the class to cancel and reschedule your training session.
