They have different swim groups based on experience and fitness levels. The EVOLUTION GROUP is perfect if you're transitioning from pool swimming or returning to the ocean after a break, offering a supported 1 km swim. The CLASSIC GROUP is for experienced ocean swimmers who feel comfortable swimming up to 2 km, focusing on improving skills and fitness. The ENDURANCE GROUP is ideal for seasoned swimmers who want to build endurance and can maintain a pace of no slower than 18 minutes per 1 km.
