We were founded by high performance and wellbeing consultant, Saeed Olayiwola. He began our journey by cycling from house to house with a rucksack full of gym equipment, leading sessions and inspiring people to be the best version of themselves in their own homes and communities. This led to opening our first facility in 2012, located on Allerton Road in Woolton, Liverpool.
We moved to our new, luxurious location in the city centre in 2019, right in the heart of Liverpool's business district. Our original ethos continues, and our new location allows us to have a greater effect on the health and wellbeing of our city. We are continually evolving into the best version of ourselves, with a greater ability to support you.
We believe you can do the same as a member of our family and community. As much as we can help you to lose weight and build muscle, our true philosophy is based upon creating a more fulfilling quality of life in your physical and mental health.
