Players in the Performance programs commit to three practices per week, in addition to games and tournaments, and are selected through tryouts and invitations.
Younger players can join Development Teams, which provide dedicated team development and practice three times as much as the Youth Development Sessions. The Youth Development Skill Sessions & League offer weekly one-hour practices that introduce the foundations of basketball, with a 1 to 1 ratio of practice to games, creating a fun and approachable environment for players.
