The name “318 Fitness” is inspired by Genesis 14:14, which introduces Abraham's 318 Men. These men trained and equipped themselves for battle, and when the battle finally came, they were ready and victorious. At 318 Fitness, they aim to build a community of people, referred to as the “318 Family”, who are given the knowledge, tools, and support to achieve their goals regardless of age and ability.
