The sessions are typically held for 2 hours and cost 10 for a single session, payable at the door. Alternatively, participants can sign up for a 6-week course, which includes 12 hours of training. The course can be purchased at a discounted price of 48 in advance or 60 on the day. The cost per person per hour is just 4 with the advance offer.
