Brendan has had an interest in weight training since the age of 17. After a break from training due to an injury, he decided to get back into shape and lost an impressive 20kgs. With his youngest child starting school, Brendan seized the opportunity to obtain his Personal Trainer certificate from the Australian Institute of Fitness. He has been working alongside Brenda in competition preparation and is knowledgeable in sport-specific training.
