Brenda's passion and dedication to the sport have earned her awards and recognition, including first place in the Tall Figure category and third place in the Master's O35 category at the Muscle Mania bodybuilding & Model Championships in 2013. She is experienced in training individuals for their first competition and also focuses on helping clients look and feel their best.

Brendan has had an interest in weight training since the age of 17. After a break from training due to an injury, he decided to get back into shape and lost an impressive 20kgs. With his youngest child starting school, Brendan seized the opportunity to obtain his Personal Trainer certificate from the Australian Institute of Fitness. He has been working alongside Brenda in competition preparation and is knowledgeable in sport-specific training.
