Calling all lawn bowls enthusiasts! Underbool Bowls Club Inc is excited to share the details of the upcoming 2024 Victorian Indoor Championships, organized by Bowls Victoria. This is a fantastic opportunity for our members to showcase their skills and compete for the prestigious title of Victorian Indoor Champions.
With a total prize pool of $7,000 up for grabs, this amateur event promises to be both competitive and rewarding. The finals will be held just three weeks before the Australian Indoor event at Tweed Heads, giving our participants a chance to fine-tune their game and aim for victory. The top 11 male and 11 female qualifiers will battle it out in the finals, with equal prize money awaiting the overall winners.
Entry into the competition is priced at $50, with registrations opening on May 8th and closing on May 26th. Sectional play is scheduled for June 1st for both men and women, followed by knockout rounds on June 2nd. Venues across Victoria will host the sectional games, leading up to the grand finale at Dandenong Club on July 27th.
