Calling all Secondary Schools and Bowls Clubs in Queensland! The 2024 Secondary Schools Cup State Finals, hosted by Club Pine Rivers, are just around the corner on August 21st and 22nd. This Para-Sport Lawn Bowls event is open to Pairs teams, whether you're two girls, two boys, or a mixed duo.
To be eligible, both players must attend the same Secondary School, with at least one player not already affiliated with a bowls club. But don't worry - if that non-affiliated player decides to join a club during the competition, they're still good to go!
Want to get involved? Start by organizing an intra-school playoff at your school, with the winning team progressing to the interschool Bowls District Playoff. The best of the best from each district will then compete in the State Finals at Club Pine Rivers.
