Their goals. I hold certifications in CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1 Trainer), Precision Nutrition Level 1, as well as First Aid, CPR, and AED certified. My journey in fitness and nutrition began when I was a competitive gymnast, which instilled in me a love for movement and health. I transitioned into coaching and nutrition counselling, where I discovered my passion for empowering individuals to make positive changes in their lives.
At One United People CrossFit, I combine my knowledge of fitness and nutrition to support our members in achieving their health and wellness goals. I believe that a holistic approach to health, encompassing both fitness and nutrition, is key to long-term success.
