Certificate III and IV in Fitness, along with various other fitness certifications. I have over 20 years of hands-on experience in training, coaching, and running my own fitness business.

At 121 Personal Training, I offer a range of services to cater to different fitness goals and preferences. Whether you prefer one-on-one personal training sessions in my Watson studio or the convenience of mobile training in your home, office, or outdoors, I can accommodate your needs. I understand that some individuals may not feel comfortable in big fitness facilities and prefer a more private and personalised setting for their workouts.

My goal is to exceed my clients' expectations by delivering professional, certified fitness programmes. I draw on my vast knowledge and stay updated with the latest fitness research to create an enjoyable fitness experience for my clients. I believe in customising programmes to align with individual goals, preferences, and abilities.

Cardiovascular fitness is central to overall health and fitness, and I prioritise it in my training programmes. By performing cardiovascular exercises 3 to 5 times a week for 30 to 45 minutes per session, we can improve heart health, burn unwanted body fat, and enhance overall physical conditioning.

Nutrition is another essential component of a healthy lifestyle and achieving long-term results. I place great emphasis on educating clients about their nutritional requirements for efficient training and long-term fat loss.

Resistance training, or strength training, offers various health benefits, including reducing body fat, improving muscle strength and tone, and boosting metabolism. I have designed unique strength-based programmes to help clients achieve these objectives and develop a healthy, strong, and fit body.

Flexibility is often overlooked but is an integral part of fitness. It prevents injuries by keeping muscles supple, improves range of motion, reduces the incidence and severity of injuries, and promotes better posture and mental relaxation. I incorporate stretching into every workout to enhance flexibility and joint mobility.
