No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu removes the use of the traditional kimono, requiring practitioners to rely on body control and grips in order to execute their techniques. This style of Jiu-Jitsu has gained popularity in recent years, with many practitioners finding it to be a more dynamic and fast-paced form of grappling.
