The 100 Mile House & District Figure Skating Club is dedicated to providing a safe and welcoming environment for skaters of all abilities to enjoy their passion for skating. Our club offers a variety of programs, including the First Glide-Learn to Skate introductory course, which is suitable for skaters of all ages, even adults! This program includes a new pair of skates, skate guards, and a helmet, making it easy for beginners to get started on the ice.
Our team of coaches come from diverse backgrounds but are united in their kindness, commitment, and ability to inspire our skaters. You can learn more about our coaches and our programs by visiting the “Programs” section of our website. If you have any questions about the club or our offerings, feel free to reach out to the 100 Mile Skating Club.
Located at the South Cariboo Recreation Centre, our club is privileged to operate on the traditional territory of the Secwpemc Nation. We appreciate the support of the Tsqescen community as we live, work, and skate in this area. The address for our club is 175 Wrangler Way, 100 Mile House, BC V0K 2E0.
We are grateful for the financial support of the Province of British Columbia, which helps us to continue providing quality programming and opportunities for skaters in our community. Our schedule for the upcoming season includes sessions running from September to February, with opportunities for skaters to showcase their skills at our Ice Carnival in April. Membership in Skate Canada is required for participation in our programs, with fees starting at $65 in addition to session fees.
Come join us at the 100 Mile House & District Figure Skating Club for a season of fun, growth, and community on the ice! Register now and take your skating skills to the next level.
