ATTENTION: FEMALE NETBALL & AFL ATHLETES
Our next 10-week Aspiring Athlete Strength Program (for 12-15-year-old athletes) will kick off in just under one month at our performance facilities in both Wangara and Myaree!
Each term, nearly 80 female athletes participate in this program who are committed to the developmental pathway in their sport, want to reduce injury risk, eliminate knee and ankle pain, and reach their athletic potential.
In the last term alone our athletes have seen huge results including;
- an average of 6 cm increase in their vertical jump height
- 2.5cm increase in their single-leg jump height
- improved reactive strength index (a measure of plyometric power and how quickly they can go from an eccentric to a concentric contraction in their jumps)
- faster contact times
- completely free of knee, ankle, shin, and hamstring pain
- increased self-confidence on and off the court
Because of the steady increase in popularity of this program many of our spots have already been snapped up from our existing athletes.
