YMCA Judo Club caters for all ages (4 years onwards) for both boys and girls. Training is on a weekly basis with both night and day sessions available. Our Junior classes incorporates safe throwing and immobilisation techniques. The Senior class progresses to include arm locks, strangles, and grappling.
