He Woden Valley Rams are a member of the Canberra District Rugby League, fielding sides in the First grade, Reserve grade and under 18s competitions. The club has long had a tradition built on mateship and a willingness working together which is reflected in the clubs 3 core principles of unity, commitment, and accountability.
2015 will be the Club’s 49th season after being formed in 1967 and are the only club in Canberra competition not to have changed their name or colours. In that time a strong link and working relationship has been developed with the Woden Weston Rams Juniors, this is shown by many the current first grade squad having come up through the junior club. The Rams also have in more recent times developed an excellent relationship with the Bungendore Tigers Club who have provided a number of quality player.
