Whitehorse Netball is a vibrant and inclusive sports club located in Melbourne, Australia. With over 2000 families involved in our netball community, we provide opportunities for all young netballers to enjoy the sport in a fun and supportive environment.
Our club boasts a whopping 250 teams participating in our combined competitions each week. From 7-year-old beginners to seasoned players in their 70s, we cater to all ages and skill levels. Whether you're a newcomer looking to learn the basics or a seasoned pro wanting to compete at a high level, Whitehorse Netball has a place for you.
One of the highlights of our club is our commitment to nurturing umpires of all ages. Every week, our dedicated umpires officiate over 125 matches, ensuring fair play and sportsmanship on the court. We prioritise the development of our umpires and provide ongoing training and support to help them hone their skills.
In addition to our regular competitions, Whitehorse Netball also offers a representative programme for around 150 players each year. This programme allows talented individuals to showcase their skills and compete at a higher level. We take pride in supporting and fostering the growth of our representative players, providing them with opportunities to excel and further their netball journey.
Our netball matches and events are held at the City of Whitehorse multipurpose facility, Sportlink. This state-of-the-art facility boasts four indoor netball courts and four outdoor undercover courts, ensuring that our players have access to top-quality facilities for their games and training sessions.
