Tai Chi Yang Shi

Tai Chi Yang Shi is a welcoming and inclusive sports club located in Rockingham, Western Australia. Since its establishment in 2003, the club has been dedicated to introducing and promoting the numerous benefits of Authentic, Traditional Yang Family Tai Chi to individuals in the local area. With a focus on providing a friendly and supportive environment, Tai Chi Yang Shi aims to make this ancient practise accessible to people of all ages and abilities.

Beginner classes are held every Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 am to 11:30 am. The next Beginners Class is scheduled to commence on the weekend of Saturday, 3rd February and Sunday, 4th February 2024. Prospective participants are not required to make a booking in advance; they can simply arrive at the start of the term and join the class. Additionally, the first weekend of the Beginner Class is free, allowing newcomers to experience the benefits of Tai Chi before committing to the full term.

The fees for a 10-week term are set at $100, which grants students access to both the Saturday and Sunday classes. It should be noted that the movements taught during the classes are the same, regardless of the day attended, allowing individuals to attend both classes if desired. This repetition can greatly assist the learning process.

Classes are conducted at the conveniently located Safety Bay Primary School, situated on 2 Waimea Rd in Safety Bay. The venue offers ample parking space for both bicycles and cars, ensuring ease of access for participants.
