The Ski Club of East Gippsland, located in the leading Mt Hotham Alpine Resort in East Gippsland, offers guests a warm and cosy lodge with true ski-in ski-out access. The club is open to skiers, snowboarders, and holiday makers during winter season. Guests can enjoy lodge-style accommodation with breathtaking views of the Victorian High Country. The club is situated on the side of the Big D ski run, just steps away from all the facilities offered at Mt Hotham.

Check-in time is at 2pm, and the lodge managers will provide an induction for each guest to ensure they feel right at home. For those arriving after dinner, they are advised to call the lodge for details. It is important to notify the manager of your estimated time of arrival, especially if it is late at night, as guests may already be asleep. Mobile phone service is limited in the Harrietville and Omeo areas, so it's best to inform the lodge in advance.

Upon checking out, guests can enjoy convenient car parking facilities. The Ski Club of East Gippsland Lodge offers 9 bedrooms split over three levels, with different configurations suiting 1 to 6 guests. All linen is supplied and beds are made ready for arrival. The lodge has a total capacity of accommodating 32 guests.

Modern bathrooms are conveniently situated close to each bedroom. Rooms are booked on a per-room basis, ensuring privacy for guests within their own party.

During winter season, the lodge manager serves two cooked meals each day as part of the tariff, while guests need to provide their own food for lunches and snacks. Breakfast is either continental or cooked to order and is available from 7am to 9am on weekdays, and from 7am to 9:30am on weekends. Dinner is a two-course home-style meal, with a children's meal served at 6pm and adults' meal at 7pm. The lodge takes food allergies and dietary requirements into consideration, so guests are advised to inform the lodge at the time of booking or contact them as soon as possible to ensure their needs are catered to.

The lodge has been extensively renovated to provide guests with a modern alpine experience while maintaining the homely and cosy atmosphere it is famous for. In addition to the amenities mentioned above, the lodge also provides free WiFi with restricted upload and download speeds suitable for email and simple web browsing. It also offers a drying room, ski and snowboard storage, guest kitchenette, guest safe, and a tea and coffee station.

The Ski Club of East Gippsland has a cancellation policy where full refunds are given for cancellations made 28 days prior to the confirmed reservation arrival date. Cancellations made 28 to 15 days prior will receive a refund less a 10% administration fee, while no refunds will be provided for cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival.
