Our no-frills group sessions, with teamwork, discipline and accountability at their core, have a proven track record of being far more efficient, effective and affordable than any other program available. V&B Athletic provide weekly free coaching with Pace Athletic Rozelle Run ClubV&B Athletic are also proud supporters and coaches of Mood Active a non-profit association that runs group exercise programs for people diagnosed with depression and/or anxiety.
