Larry has over 39 years of experience in martial arts and fitness and was ranked as the world's #1 Light Heavy Weight Professional Mixed Martial Arts fighter in 2001.
The club's facilities include a 5m boxing ring, a boxing bag rig with 18 bags, a 130m2 wrestling/Jiu-Jitsu mat area, a cardio studio equipped with treadmills, cross trainers, bikes, rowers, grinders, and spin bikes. Additionally, there is an S&C area with Olympic weights, dumbbells, cable machines, benches, a power cage, and a lifting platform. Functional training tools such as kettlebells, TRX, and plyo boxes are also available.
