Our taekwondo training leaves behind the strict traditional practise and adopts a more sustainable, fun environment based on the culture of movement. You will learn how to kick, punch, and block in ways that will improve your flexibility, strength, and mobility. Our practise has an emphasis on longevity by building your functional fitness and doing it from the ground up. So you don’t need to have fitness to start training!
You will push your mind as well as your body and train with a community of like-minded people. There is no end-goal. The benefits come during the very first class. You will gain mindfulness and confidence thanks to the exercise, and your brain will love you for challenging it with something new.
