Port Curtis Sailing Club

1941 as the “Port Curtis Aquatic Club” with a focus on aquatic events. Over time, however, the club shifted its focus predominantly to sailing and became the “Port Curtis Sailing Club”.

Located on Auckland Creek, the Port Curtis Sailing Club offers direct access to Gladstone Harbour in Queensland, Australia. The club is the proud host destination for the annual Brisbane to Gladstone Yacht Race, attracting Racing and Cruising Yachts, both Mono and Multihulls, as well as a variety of dinghies including Sabots, Impulse Dinghies, O’pen BIC, Lasers, Diamond, and Moth.

For those interested in learning how to sail, the Port Curtis Sailing Club is an accredited sail training school with Australian Sailing. They offer tuition for both adults and juniors, providing a comprehensive learning experience.
