The Ormeau Cricket Club provides cricket for all age brackets – boys and girls from 5 years of age through to senior grades.
The length and format of the Junior games is dependant upon the age group. The rules have been adjusted to ensure junior members remain engaged during the game and that all players are given a fair chance to experience all batting, bowling and fielding positions, particularly in the younger age brackets.
Our senior team participates in the competition run by the Beenleigh-Logan Cricket Association. Other Clubs within the competition include Greenbank, Logan Village, Bethania, Windaroo and Springwood. Training occurs on an ad hoc basis with fixtures on Saturday afternoons.
