The General Class for ages 11 and above is a family-style class that focuses on discipline, respect, courtesy, courage, and the spirit of martial arts. The Dragons programme, designed for children aged 7 to 10, aims to build self-confidence and respect through a mixture of martial arts and life skills training. The programme includes traditional Taekwondo skills, warm-up exercises, punching and kicking techniques, blocking and evading, and monitored sparring sessions with safety gear.
