The programme consists of a 10-week skills programme, in addition to regular team training sessions. It focuses on developing individual skills to engage and improve the players. Each session is limited to 12 participants to ensure that each player receives personalised attention and coaching. As part of their uniform, each player receives a jersey.
In the event of wet weather, training sessions will be moved indoors to ensure that players can continue their development in a safe and comfortable environment.
