Leighlands Christian School is a renowned sports club located in Burnie – Somerset, Tasmania. Founded in 1976 with just 36 students in Ulverstone, Leighlands Christian School has grown to become a prominent educational institution on the North West Coast of Tasmania. Currently, the school caters to 657 students from Kindergarten to Year 12, with campuses in Ulverstone (Kinder through to Year 12) and Burnie (Kinder through to Year 6). This expansion allows students and teachers to explore the basis of a relationship with God while living according to the principles established in the Bible.

Leighlands Christian School offers two campuses, the Burnie Campus and the Ulverstone Campus. The Burnie Campus is located on the edge of the city of Burnie and caters to pre-Kinder through to Year 6 students. It is just a 20-minute drive from the Ulverstone Campus, where children can experience the full spectrum of Christian education from pre-Kinder to Year 12.
