For juniors in Year 3 to 6, the club provides a modified rules and game structure that prioritises skill development. Under the guidance of assigned coaches, players can enhance their abilities while having a great time. The registration fee for this programme is $16. 50, payable to the Western Australian Football Commission (WAFC), as well as a $200 fee to HWJFC prior to Round 1.

Youth players in Year 7 to 12 can join the graded competition offered by High Wycombe JFC Auskick. This programme focuses on team building and competitive football, providing an exciting club environment for teenagers. The registration fee for youth players is $16. 50, payable to WAFC, along with a $230 fee to HWJFC prior to Round 1.
