No treadmills, No Mirrors, No Egos. You won’t find treadmills or machines at our Gym – the only machine we train is the one you’re using right now, your body! We don’t listen to music on Ipods, we put together playlists and listen to them together, and loudly during work-outs! You won’t just have one workout partner , you’ll have several, and they will be with you all the way through a work-out – sweating and cheering you on through the whole process.
