The competitions are held at Sydney Uni Aquatic Centre on Codrington St and Darlington Rd, Ryde Aquatic Centre on Victoria Rd, Rose Bay Secondary College in partnership with Eastern Suburbs Futsal Club on Hardy St, and Camperdown Centre for Tennis & Futsal on Mallett St.

Competition days vary depending on the location. At Sydney Uni, matches take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Ryde Aquatic Centre hosts competitions on Thursdays. The Rose Bay location offers competitions on Sundays only.

Camperdown Centre for Tennis & Futsal provides an opportunity to compete in futsal matches as well.
