We offer a range of pricing options to suit every budget. Our one-hour assessment/consultation is priced at $80, with different rates for sessions of 60, 45, and 30 minutes. Prices for one-on-one sessions range from $60 to $90, while rates for group sessions start at $40 per person. We also offer special prices for happy hour women's classes and virtual (COVID-19) fitness training via Zoom or FaceTime.
For those looking to train outside our studio, we also provide mobile sessions, which are charged at an additional 20%. We are also open to corporate and school group bookings, with negotiable rates.
