For 22 years Haydn Masters has worked with elite athletes to hone their physical and mental resilience to perform in the most intense pressure environments.
Haydn headed up the Physical preparation and performance team to steer the NSW Waratahs rugby team to their first Super Rugby Championship in 2014. This was closely followed with the Australian Rugby union team, the Wallabies, elevation from 7th ranked in the world to the Rugby World Cup final in 2015. Now Haydn has deployed these mastered techniques into the corporate world - proving the corporate athlete can enhance performance, productivity & wellbeing to thrive in all times and environments.
Haydn’s current corporate health and wellness programs are a culmination of proven world-class actions to maximise human performance with groundbreaking research in the management of stress, sleep & recovery, all needed in the current corporate environment.
