Located at 30 Aughtie Drive in Albert Park, MSAC FlowRider provides parking facilities for its members and visitors in the Stadiums Carpark, accessible from Aughtie Drive. Contactless payment is encouraged upon exit, and members and swim school families receive three hours of complimentary parking each day. Public transport options include tram routes 96 and 12, which have stops right in front of the venue.

To access the club, visitors can enter through the Main Reception on the Aughtie Drive side of the venue. All visitors are required to register their attendance for contact tracing purposes using the provided QR codes upon entry.
