We believe that all health-related businesses should also give back to mental health initiatives, both locally and abroad.

Visitors can enjoy one-off CrossFit or yoga sessions with us, with the option to purchase a souvenir t-shirt or tank at a discounted price. We also offer unlimited week class passes for visitors, and for every pass purchased, we plant a tree.
