We are dedicated to coaching CrossFit to our members and changing lives of women every day through a common camaraderie of group training for any level of fitness. You do not have to be fit to start training, but you do have to start to be fit!

Our experienced trainers are passionate about health and fitness and promise to guide you through your journey, keep you safe and maximise your performance potential in the best way they have discovered how – CrossFit!

We have shower facilites, on site car parking and a whole shed full of new CrossFit toys to play with!
