Not all CrossFit gyms or “boxes” are the same. Each has their own unique culture, coaches, and community. At CrossFit Bacchus, we are a community of friendly and fun people who like to work hard and cheer each other on.

Our culture is one of safety first. We warm up thoroughly as a team. We value good form over more weight. Furthermore, we cool down and work on improving our mobility after all workouts.
